At EMG Custom Trucks, we take pride in providing high-quality stainless steel truck parts. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Standard Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) from EMG Custom Trucks before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-fabricated or made-to-order stainless steel parts are non-returnable.

Special-order products are non-returnable.

Installed, used, modified, drilled, cut, scratched, or damaged items are non-returnable.

Electrical components are non-returnable.

Clearance, closeout, and final sale merchandise are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact EMG Custom Trucks within 5 business days of delivery.

Please email photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. EMG Custom Trucks is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Warranty

EMG Custom Trucks stands behind the quality of our stainless steel products. Manufacturing defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
